Counselor in Training (CIT) Programs
2008 Schedule
Co-ed Ages 15 ½ -17
GROUP A: June 21 — July 18 (four weeks)
GROUP B: July 19 — August 15 (four weeks)
In our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program, young people develop leadership and counseling skills that last a lifetime. Participation prepares young people of sound character and outstanding potential for camp and leadership positions related to working with children in general and children with diabetes. The leaderships skills our CITs learn are applicable not only at Camp but in all areas of their lives. Under the program our CITs learn the humanitarian ideals of youth service, an appreciation of the outdoors, and significant details about insulin-dependant diabetes in children.
Application
You will need to provide the following:
Post-graduate and college scholarships and support for students with diabetes.
