Thank you to all who attended this year's event!
Every year, "A Spoonful of Ginger" brings together many of Boston's finest chefs for an evening of food tasting and fundraising in support of Joslin's Asian American Diabetes Initiative (AADI). The AADI provides diabetes care, education and research programs for the Asian American population.
About the AADI
The AADI was established in 2000 in recognition of the growing challenge of diabetes in Asian Americans. Diabetes disproportionately affects Asian Americans who are two times more likely to develop the disease than Caucasians.
