Nathaniel S. Gardiner

Nathaniel Gardiner

Nathaniel S. Gardiner is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Enanta Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Watertown, MA biotechnology company focused primarily on discovering drugs for infectious diseases, including hepatitis C.  Until May 2014 he was a partner at the law firm of Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP (formerly Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge), where he was the co-chair of the Life Sciences Group and served as general counsel to public and private life sciences and technology companies in a wide range of corporate matters.

Nat is a trustee of two private foundations and has previously served as a trustee of the Brookline Community Foundation.

Nat is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Virginia School of Law.
