SUNY Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, NY- Nurse Operations Manager

The Nurse Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and flow of practice at the Joslin Center. Specific duties will include; oversight of patient care operations, development and oversight of policies and procedures; supervision and development of Diabetes Nurse educators and other clinical staff, customer service and marketing, short and long range planning efforts, human resource and budget management. Will actively collaborate with Joslin Center medical director, faculty, Joslin Boston affiliates and community agencies. 

Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field (B.S.N. preferred) and a minimum of three years clinical management experience to include supervision, excellent written/oral communication, analytical, team building and organizational skills required.
