Joslin Medalists Featured on dLife TV on CNBC

Joslin Diabetes Center and dLife are working together to reach the diabetes community through dLife TV. This collaboration provides diabetes education in a new and exciting format. dLife TV is the first talk show devoted exclusively to living with and managing diabetes. Nicole Johnson Baker, Mother Love, J. Anthony Brown and Jim Turner, dLife TV show hosts, and show guests share their stories about living healthy lives with diabetes that  inspire people across the country who are touched by diabetes.

Joslin Medalists' C. Lynn Wickwire and Sandy Asherman were both guests on dLife TV and they talked about living more than 50 years with type 1 diabetes. Both Lynn and Sandy went to the dLife studio in New York City for the taping, and the show aired on April 3, 2005.

On June 19, 2005, Sister Mary Crosby, a Joslin DO IT patient, was also featured on dLife TV. She talked about her life after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and how Joslin's DO IT program helped her more about her diabetes and what works best for her specific healthcare needs.  Click here to see Sister Mary Crosby.

Joslin Diabetes Center and dLife TV continue to work together to reach out to people with diabetes, their family and friends.
