~Please call either our main line (617) 309-2412 or email tributes@joslin.harvard.edu to inform us of a family member or friend's passing. In the obituary please write "in lieu of flowers please send donations to Joslin Diabetes Center, 1 Joslin Place, Suite 745, Boston, MA 02215." If you would like to be notified of all the donations made, please contact us to provide your name, phone number and address.
