Joslin Young Professionals Group

Just about everyone will be touched by diabetes in some way during their lifetime. The Joslin Young Professionals Group consists of a diverse group of professionals who have an affinity to the Joslin Diabetes Center, have been touched by the disease, or are looking to help make a difference in the lives of people who have.

The goal of the Joslin Young Professionals Group is to:

• Educate their peers in the Boston area and beyond about the mission of Joslin and the importance of philanthropy
• Cultivate a spirit of camaraderie and support within the diabetes community through participation in various volunteer opportunities
• Organize networking and socializing opportunities

Membership includes:

• Invitations to all the Joslin Young Professionals Group functions, including meetings and social gatherings
• Special invitations to Joslin events, including the High Hopes Gala, CityFeast, and Evening at Pops
• Hands-on volunteer opportunities with Joslin patients through mentorships, holiday gatherings and Joslin events
