Meet our Coach - Dan Fitzgerald
Joslin Diabetes Center is thrilled to welcome Dan Fitzgerald to Team Joslin. Dan’s passion is building better runners. He has been coaching athletes to their personal bests in distances of 800m through the marathon for over 12 years. He is co-owner and co-founder of South End Athletic Company & Heartbreak Hill Running Company. Dan is head coach of Team Joslin, and he also coaches the Red Cross, Beth Israel and Mass General Hospital Marathon Teams. As an athlete, he raced the 800m & 1500m at the division I level for Boston College where he also coached after graduating. We are thrilled that Dan will be providing Team Joslin with a personal connection to a running expert and resource every week with timely emails that discuss weather, training tips, and any and all matters corresponding to Boston 2015! In addition to the weekly e-mails, Team Joslin will also have access to weekly training runs, coached speed workouts and more! Apply today!
