Group of hands showing unity and teamwork

Hearing From Patients

At Joslin Diabetes Center, we put our patients and their family members first. That means taking a close look at their care experiences through their eyes. To do this, we put together a Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) that represents the voice of Joslin’s patients and families.

This insightful group is made up of people with different experiences, backgrounds and opinions. Together, they provide valuable feedback that guides our decisions and helps us deliver the highest standard of safe, compassionate, and collaborative healthcare.

Simply put, we would love to hear about your experience at Joslin. When you join our Patient and Family Advisory Council, you’ll get the unique opportunity to provide firsthand knowledge of your experience at our center. Sharing your experience will positively impact our patients by guiding our physicians, nurses, educators and support staff as they continually improve the care experience.

If you’re interested in joining Joslin’s Patient and Family Advisory Council, David.DiFiore [at] joslin.harvard.edu (email Joslin’s Patient Advocate). Our members meet quarterly.
