Recipe: Turkey Tortilla Roll-ups
Spread one 6 1/2-inch 98% fat free tortilla with 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Cover with 2 Boston or Bibb lettuce leaves. Arrange two 1-ounce turkey breast slices, 2 small carrot sticks, and 1/4 cup of alfalfa sprouts on top. Roll and wrap with plastic wrap. Chill until ready to eat.
Makes 1 serving.
