Dr. Markowitz is a Research Associate in the Section of Genetics and Epidemiology at Joslin Diabetes Center. She is involved in number of projects focusing on improving care, outcomes, and quality of life in youth and young adults with diabetes. She is also conducting research examining ways to improve the transition process between pediatric and adult diabetes care.
