Paola Garza Naveda, MS

Clinical Research and Community Outreach Coordinator

Paola Garza is a dietitian and the clinical research coordinator for the Latino Diabetes Initiative.

She is originally from Mexico City and came to Boston a few years ago to pursue a MS in Health Communication.

She recently joined the Initiative and is currently investigating the effect of Group Medical Visits (GMV) on patients with Type 2 Diabetes.

Paola also coordinates our visitors program for international MD's and is also working with the community outreach activities geared towards preventing diabetes and promoting clinical programs for the Latino/Hispanic population.
