Patient and Family Advisory Council
Become a Joslin PFAC member and help us improve the care and experiences of patients and families at Joslin.
The Joslin Diabetes Center is committed to putting patients and families first and that means viewing the healthcare experience through their eyes. Our Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) represent the voice of Joslin’s patients and families. Comprised of patients and family members who represent the diverse communities of Joslin, the PFAC offers unique perspectives, insights and valuable feedback that allow us to deliver the highest standard of safe, compassionate and collaborative health care.
The PFAC provides firsthand knowledge of the care experience which helps to positively shape the experiences of all of our patients here at Joslin. By sharing your experience, you provide valuable insight that helps our physicians, nurses, educators and support staff improve the healthcare experience.
How to Join
If you are interested in joining Joslin’s Patient and Family Advisory Council and strengthening the collaboration between providers and patients and their families, please email Joslin’s Patient Advocate. Members meet quarterly.
