That’s why the Joslin’s multidisciplinary team includes both clinical psychologists and social workers to guide and support your entire family through every milestone. We also offer family fun events throughout the year to connect children, teens, and families so they can support one another in a unique community.

Children and Parent Events

Joslin offers educational and special events for children and their parents. Offered once a month in a comfortable, home environment, our meetings cover nutrition, exercise, travel, family issues, and much more.

Teen Support

Being a teen is hard enough on its own. Diabetes adds another level of stress. That’s why it’s so important for teens with diabetes to connect with one another. Joslin partners with teen groups in the community to offer a safe place for this unique age group to ask questions and make friends.

Counseling Services

Our behavioral health specialists, including counselors and therapists, are here to help your child or teen with their questions and concerns, as well as work through any mental health issues, like depression, anxiety, and eating problems.
