Join us for a day of golf at the Inaugural Tee Off Fore a Cure Golf Tournament at beautiful Kernwood Country Club and help make a difference in the lives of those affected by diabetes.  Tournament participants will enjoy a relaxing day at one of New England’s premier private golf courses and play with sports legends and other local celebrities. Registration begins at 10:30 a.m. Awards Ceremony and dinner with Emcee, CBS broadcaster and former New England Patriots Quarterback, Scott Zolak and LIVE entertainment will immediately follow play.

The 15th Annual High Hopes Gala took place on Saturday, November 22nd at The Westin Boston Waterfront. Over 400 guests gathered to promote awareness and raise funds for the vital diabetes clinical care programs and groundbreaking research initiatives at Joslin Diabetes Center. We were thrilled to honor Joslin's Community Events Champions with the Global Achievement Award as well as Kelley Conley with the Meritt Levitan Youth Ambassador Award. Thank you to Dylan Dreyer, Jay Hewitt, and Robin Starr for their efforts in making Joslin’s largest fundraising event a success.

Our 11th Annual A Taste of Ginger event took place on Monday, March 23rd at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Nearly 400 guests gathered to taste the cuisine of 26 Boston chefs and to hear about the good work of Joslin Diabetes Center's Asian American Diabetes Initiative (AADI). This event raised over $335,000 for the diabetes care, education, community outreach, and research programs organized by the AADI.

The 29th Annual Evening at POPS took place on Friday, May 8th at Symphony Hall in Boston raising over $80,000 for the High Hopes Fund. Over 200 guests gathered for a pre-concert reception. David Ring, owner of Applied Plastics and long-time supporter and sponsor of Evening at Pops, presented Donald Barnett, MD and M. Donna Younger, MD with the Frank and Jean Ring Memorial Award in the Fight Against Diabetes. Dr. Younger and Dr. Barnett worked alongside Dr. Elliott P. Joslin early in their careers and have contributed to significant milestones in diabetes treatment and education. Following the reception, guests attended Singin’ in the Rain: Film with Orchestra. Thank you to everyone that attended this year’s event! We were thrilled to celebrate Dr. Barnett and Dr. Younger and their truly remarkable careers at Joslin for over 50 years each.
