The 30th Annual Evening at POPS event took place on Friday, May 6, 2016 at Symphony Hall in Boston. Guests were able to enjoy the opening night at the POPS with Keith Lockhart and their special guest, Seth MacFarlane. We were thrilled to honor our past POPS committee members who established this event in 1985 as a way to celebrate the organization that has been instrumental in their lives.

Thank you to everyone who attended the event for your support and generosity!

The 5th annual ritmos de salud event took place on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Space 57 in the Revere Hotel. Over 215 people attended this event raising nearly $125,000 for the Latino Diabetes Initiative (LDI) at Joslin Diabetes Center. The money raised from this event directly supports Joslin's LDI and their mission to improve the lives of Latinos affected by diabetes or at risk for the disease through culturally oriented patient care, education, outreach, and research.

Guests enjoyed the culinary creations from 10 of Boston's most celebrated chefs, danced the merengue with Salsa y Control, and learned more about the LDI and their mission. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to this year's event, to our restaurant partners and our honoree, Chief Felix G. Arroyo.
