What you need to know before your arrival.

Your health and safety, along with the health and safety of our staff, is our main priority.

  • Patients/visitors are encouraged to wear a mask if they are experiencing symptoms such as coughing, sneezing or runny nose. In the case of more severe illness, patients/visitors are encouraged to reschedule their appointments. 
  • Phone or text messages “canceling” appointments refer only to in-person visits. If you have confirmed a remote visit, please assume we have not canceled the remote visit.
  • If possible, please call with questions between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. The on-call provider may be reached for urgent matters during overnights and weekends through the Joslin operator at 617-309-2400.
  • If you are feeling sick or have any concerns about a possible COVID-19 infection, please call Joslin before arriving for your scheduled appointment.
  • As always, please call 911 for all medical emergencies.
  • We encourage patients to bring only one (1) escort for their appointment if possible. Exceptions are made for pediatric patients and as needed for adult appointments.

 

Valet parking is available for your convenience Monday – Friday, from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, at Joslin’s Main Entrance at One Joslin Place, Boston, MA.

Visitors, including patients, to Joslin will be required to:

  • Visitors and/or patients at Joslin are encouraged to practice good hand hygiene to prevent illness. Hand sanitizer is available in public spaces at Joslin.
  • In addition, Joslin visitors/patients are encouraged to wear a mask if they are experiencing any types of symptoms including cough, sneezing and/or runny nose.
  • If Joslin visitors/patients are ill, they should contact their provider to discuss rescheduling.
