Geoffrey S. Rehnert is the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Audax Group, an alternative asset management firm specializing in private equity and private debt investments in middle-market companies. Before founding Audax Group, he was a general partner and managing director at Bain Capital Inc. which he helped start in 1984. He previously worked at Bain & Company and Morgan Guaranty Trust Company, (now JPMorgan Chase & Co.). Mr. Rehnert serves on the board of the Duke University Management Company, the boards of directors of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston, the Dean’s Strategic Council at Stanford Law School, and AEI’s National Council.
