Tara Kaushal, MD has a BA in Psychology from Cornell University and an MD from UMDNJ/Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She completed her Pediatric residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Children's Hospital at Montefiore. She recently completed her fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She also graduated as a fellow from the Center for Healthcare Improvement and Patient Safety with a Masters Degree in Health Policy Research, affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. Her clinical research involves using digital and mobile health to improve adherence and outcomes in adolescents with type 1 diabetes.
